If your order has shipped (you received a USPS tracking number), please track it at usps.com first. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, allow 36 business hours before contacting us — USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered slightly early. Then email info@stiizy.us with your order number and tracking number and we’ll investigate.
All online orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your cart and delivery details carefully before submitting. If you have a question about an existing order, email info@stiizy.us with your order number — while we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email. Use it at usps.com or in the USPS app to track your delivery in real time. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before being handed to USPS. Visit our shipping page for full delivery information.

STIIIZY California cannabis delivery is available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Minimum order is $70 — free delivery on orders over $100. Order through the website, pay by debit card, and a licensed driver delivers to your door in approximately 30 minutes across select SoCal and NoCal regions. Visit our delivery page for zone details.
